FAQs — Truth Hero AI Verification Platform

Question 1

What is Truth Hero?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero is a simple Microsoft Word Add-In built for regulated organisations. It analyses documents, reports, and communications against real-time data sources to detect factual inaccuracies, hallucinations, and unsupported claims before they reach regulators, investors, or the public.

Question 2

Who is Truth Hero designed for?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero is purpose-built for organisations operating in regulated industries — including listed companies, financial services licensees, investment managers, healthcare providers, legal firms, and government agencies. Any organisation that produces high-stakes written communications can benefit from the platform.

Question 3

What types of documents can Truth Hero verify?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero can verify a wide range of document types including board reports, investor presentations, regulatory disclosures, ASX announcements, marketing materials, risk communications, governance reports, and internal policy documents. If it contains factual claims, Truth Hero can check them.

Question 4

How is Truth Hero different from a grammar checker or standard AI writing tool?

Accepted Answer

Grammar checkers and writing tools focus on style, tone, and readability. Truth Hero focuses exclusively on factual accuracy and governance risk. It cross-references claims against authoritative data sources, applies a Truth Score to each statement, and flags anything that cannot be independently verified — something no writing tool does.

Question 5

What is the Truth Score?

Accepted Answer

The Truth Score is a proprietary confidence metric assigned to each factual claim in a document. It reflects the degree to which a statement can be corroborated by authoritative, real-time data sources. A high Truth Score indicates strong evidentiary support; a low score flags claims that require human review or additional sourcing before publication.

Question 6

How does Cross-AI Validation work?

Accepted Answer

Cross-AI Validation runs each claim through multiple independent AI models simultaneously. Where models converge on the same assessment, confidence is high. Where they diverge, the system flags the discrepancy for human review. This multi-model approach significantly reduces the risk of a single model's blind spots or biases affecting the output.

Question 7

Can Truth Hero detect AI-generated hallucinations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hallucination detection is a core capability of Truth Hero. The platform is specifically trained to identify plausible-sounding but unsupported claims — a common failure mode in AI-generated content. This is particularly important for organisations using AI drafting tools in their document workflows.

Question 8

What data sources does Truth Hero use for verification?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero draws on a curated set of authoritative sources including regulatory databases, financial market data, peer-reviewed research repositories, government publications, and verified news archives. The specific source set is configurable for enterprise clients to align with their industry and jurisdiction.

Question 9

How current is the data used for verification?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero uses real-time and near-real-time data feeds for market and regulatory information. Static reference sources (legislation, standards, historical records) are updated on a rolling basis. The platform displays the timestamp of the data used for each verification so users can assess recency in context.

Question 10

Does Truth Hero produce an activity log?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every verification run generates a timestamped Activity Dashboard record that captures the document version, the claims checked, the data sources consulted, the Truth Scores assigned, and any flags raised. This record is immutable and exportable, providing a defensible evidence trail for regulatory inquiries or internal governance reviews.

Question 11

Can Truth Hero be configured for specific governance frameworks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Governance Mode allows organisations to configure Truth Hero against specific regulatory frameworks — such as ASIC guidance, APRA standards, or ACCC requirements. The platform applies framework-specific checks on top of its general verification layer, surfacing issues that are particularly relevant to your regulatory environment.

Question 12

Is Truth Hero suitable for ASX continuous disclosure obligations?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero is well-suited to supporting continuous disclosure workflows. It can verify factual claims in draft announcements against current market data and prior disclosures, helping governance teams identify potential inconsistencies before lodgement. It is designed as a verification aid, not a substitute for legal advice.

Question 13

How does Truth Hero handle confidential documents?

Accepted Answer

Documents submitted to Truth Hero are processed in an isolated, encrypted environment. They are not used to train models, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the session unless the client has enabled activity archiving. Enterprise clients can deploy Truth Hero in a private cloud or on-premises configuration for maximum data sovereignty.

Question 14

What is the Truth Hero pilot program?

Accepted Answer

The pilot program is a structured early-access initiative for a select group of regulated organisations ahead of Truth Hero's full market launch. Pilot participants receive hands-on onboarding, dedicated support, and direct input into the product roadmap. In return, we ask for structured feedback and a willingness to share anonymised use case learnings.

Question 15

Who is eligible for the pilot?

Accepted Answer

We are prioritising organisations in financial services, investment management, healthcare, legal, and listed company sectors — particularly those with active regulatory reporting obligations. Organisations with existing AI-assisted document workflows are especially well-suited to the pilot.

Question 16

What does the pilot cost?

Accepted Answer

Pilot pricing is available on application and is structured to reflect the early-access nature of the program. Pilot participants lock in their pricing for 12 months post-launch, providing cost certainty as the platform scales. Contact us to discuss pricing for your organisation.

Question 17

How long does the pilot run?

Accepted Answer

The initial pilot cohort runs for 90 days. This gives organisations enough time to integrate Truth Hero into real document workflows, generate meaningful verification data, and provide substantive feedback. Extensions are available for organisations that wish to continue ahead of the general availability launch.

Question 18

How do I apply for the pilot?

Accepted Answer

You can apply via the Contact & Pilot Signup page on this site. Fill in the form, check the pilot program interest box, and our team will be in touch within two business days to discuss your organisation's requirements and confirm eligibility.

Question 19

How does Truth Hero integrate with existing document workflows?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero offers a Microsoft Add-In for direct document upload, and is also building as a phase 2, API access for integration into existing document management systems, content platforms, and approval workflows. Enterprise clients will be able to configure webhook notifications to trigger verification runs automatically at defined workflow stages.

Question 20

What file formats does Truth Hero support?

Accepted Answer

Truth Hero currently supports DOCX and plain text inputs. HTML and structured data formats (JSON, CSV) are on the roadmap for the post-pilot release. If your organisation uses a format not listed here, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Question 21

Is there a limit on document size or volume?

Accepted Answer

Pilot accounts support documents up to 50MB and up to 500 verification runs per month. Enterprise plans offer configurable limits based on organisational volume. If your use case requires higher throughput, contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.
